I'd rather learn in motion than wait for certainty. Discovery stays rigorous, but it keeps the work moving instead of holding it up.
Scope and strategy can flex as we learn, as long as the outcome we agreed on stays in view.
The best answers come out of the room, not after it. I bring engineering, risk and product in early so we find the constraints together.
In regulated work, clarity is what earns confidence. I design so people can act on what they see without second guessing it.
