As a part of product improvement at Blibli's, we are tackling issues that occur on the login/registration. The main objectives is to address issues around the following areas: Low rates on social media sign up; incomplete user-data; UI inconsistencies across three products; improving the checkout login; and adding new USP (Unique Selling Proposition).
The main process typically starts with communication with the respective PM regarding requirement, determining success criteria › Create detailed user-flow with multiple user cases › Concept model and high-fidelity mockup
Also since this design updates will effect the marketing department regarding user membership, I had to verify with them and explain the issues and goal. In the end is all about making sure all being communicated and the right expectation were set.
